The Plaza de la Constitucion or Zocalo
Considered as the main square of Mexico City’s historic center, the Plaza de la Constitucion is the second largest public square of the world after Moscow’s Red Square. Cathedral Metropolitana
Built some 250 years ago, Cathedral Metropolitana presents a mixture of architecture styles. In 1990s, an extensive engineering project was performed on this structure so that it sinks in the ground uniformly.
Palacio Nacional

Museo Nacional de Antropologia
Museo Nacional de Antropologia has been dedicated to the cultural regions of Mesoamerica. This museum is located in Chapultepec Park and is known to house the most impressive collection of Mesoamerican artifacts. Don’t miss watching the Aztec exhibit the popular Sun Stone at this museum.
Xochimilco

Bacilica de Guadalupe
Basilica de Guadalupe is the most religious site of Mexico. Situated on a hill that appeared to Juan Diego, this holy place is devoted to Guadalupe, the patroness of Mexico and also an important national symbol. When you visit this place, watch out for the mantle of Juan Diego with her image.
Teotihuacan
Though located some 25 miles outside Mexico City, Teotihuacan is a popular archaeological site of Mexico. Also referred to as “the city of the gods”, this place was once a huge urban center occupied by a major population between 200 BC and 800 AD.
