Many people can truly cherish the joy of feeding a new born baby. Feeding a child is not an easy task but the satisfaction it provides to a mother cannot be described in words. New born babies do not start with a solid diet right away and are fed with liquid diet for the first six months of their birth. After the first six months, babies are fed with minced food articles that are easy to digest and provide all the essential nutrients needed by a baby for growth and muscle development. Consisting of fiber, vitamins, protein and plenty of calcium, baby food can also be used by us adults to learn a thing or two about proper nutrition and healthy diet.

While we all start of as vegetarians we all turn to hotdog eating, junk food guzzling individuals with big potbellies and heart risks. As toddlers grow older, they start to consume candies, chocolates and other sugary products along with high fat and cholesterol food and often fall sick because of their diet only.

While going only with vegetable diet is never advised, users can always throw in some fish, milk and pulses that are a high source of protein and help in building muscles.
