Standing Clenches – An easy to do yet effective exercise, clenching your buttocks while standing with your legs apart at about the distance of your hip can give you excellent results. After you have taken the proper position, you can start by clenching your buttocks holding them ‘as is’ for a few seconds and then releasing them again. Performing this exercise for about 5-6 minutes twice a day can provide you with wonderful results. Doing this exercise allows a user to direct the flow of blood to his/her buttocks and turn all the excess fat to muscle. Users should remember to apply more effort in performing this exercise as applying normal effort while clenching would not be enough.
Lunges – Using this exercise for getting the perfect shape to your butt is another option that needs a mention. Apart from providing better butt muscles, this exercise also allows a person to achieve better results in stretching too! Performing lunges requires a bit of space and thus it is effective only if performed in a space capable enough to allow you to walk at least an 8-9 steps. To perform lunges, stand with your legs besides each other and lung forward so that your body is stretched. Now, lower the knee of the trailing leg and lower your shin. Clench your glutes as well as bum muscles while maintaining the same position and rise up after 5-6 seconds. Return back to the standing position and perform the same procedure with your other leg.
Gluteus Kickback – For this exercise, get on floor with your hands and knees stretched as far as possible, and try to raise one of your legs so that it comes in line with the torso. Maintain this position for 3-4 seconds and then return slowly to the initial position. Continue this exercise with the other leg.
