•    Consider the person’s habits.  Do you know that they moved to a specific city but don’t have their information?  Consider their habits.  You know they love to swim every morning.  Where could they go?  You know that he’s into gaming with others so where there is a gaming outlet that he may be frequenting?  Considering the person’s habits can help you to find their location.
•    Send them some mail and pay a bit more for address correction.  This service will allow for the mail to go through but if the address isn’t correct, they will send you back a note letting you know that as well as giving the correct address.
