Sour cream – 2 cups (Should be fresh)
Cream cheese – 1 packet of 8 ounce stored at room temperature
Crackers or melba toast to be used as a base

For preparing caviar cream pie, use a white paper towel and gently press the onion you have chopped so as to remove the moisture from onion. For preparation of refrigerator dish, cut a round piece of waxed paper and keep it at the bottom a pan with dimensions on 8-inch. Now butter the sides of the pan so that caviar cream pie cannot stick to the edges.
Place eggs (hard boiled) and mayonnaise in a big bowl and mix it properly. Now pour the mixture in the bottom of the pan and gently sprinkle the mixture with chopped sweet onion you have just dried.
Take sour cream and cream cheese in a bog bowl and mix it together until the mixture turns out to be smooth. Now, gently pour this mixture on top of the sweet onion layer with the help of a spoon and let it stay till it forms an even surface.
After the mixture has settled, cover the mixture and keep it in a refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight. While serving your dish, drain the caviar in a plate. Turn the dish into a decorative plate and wait for the cream pie to leave the sides of the pan. Once it does, carefully take the caviar and place it over your cheese cream pie to turn it into caviar cream pie! Lastly, cover it with chives and parsley in a decorative pattern.
Eaten as is or with other eatables, as an alternative you can also use Crackers or Melba toast along with caviar cream pie. Serving 10 to 12 people, this delicious dish can add elegance to any dinner table.
